Even though he's very loyal, he still gets jealous sometimes. But his jealousy never lasts long. He quickly forgives his friends and family. He's a true friend.
I wanted to create a pair of earrings that would capture this kind of friendship. I created these earrings using sterling silver and Swarovski crystals. These earrings feature two large round stones set in front of each other. One stone features a black crystal while the other features a white crystal. Both stones are surrounded by a cluster of smaller crystals.
The back side of the earrings features a simple design. Each earring hangs from a sterling silver post. The posts are connected to the earrings through a looped chain. The entire piece measures approximately 1 inch wide.
These earrings were designed to fit most adults. However, if you'd prefer, you could easily modify the size of the earrings to fit any adult. Simply adjust the length of the earring posts accordingly.

To start off, you'll want to measure out about 10 inches of wire. Then, wrap the wire around itself several times to form a circle. Next, take the end of the wire and twist it together until it forms a loop. This is where you'll attach the bead. Take the loop and push it through the hole in the center of the bead. Twist the ends of the wire together tightly to secure the bead onto the wire.
Take the remaining length of wire and bend it into a U shape. Make sure that the two sides of the U meet at the bottom of the U. Once you've done that, insert the looped portion of the wire into the U. Now, simply slide the bead up against the U. Wrap the wire around the bead once again to secure it in place. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the other side of the bead.
Once you've finished gluing the beads together, let them dry completely. After the beads have dried, trim any excess wire. Then, gently file down the edges of the beads to smooth them out. Finally, add a jump ring to one side of the earring. Add another jump ring to the opposite side of the earring.
